What does your “life stage” have to do with purchasing a home? In many ways, where we are in life directly affects what we are needing out of a home. Some of the main reasons people purchase a property are because of what they’re needing at that moment. So what does that mean for buyers?

Here are some things buyers could be looking for in a home depending on where they are in life:

Couples:

  • Typically look for affordability

  • Equity potential

  • Close proximity to work, restaurants, and bars

Families:

  • A home to grow into

  • Functional space

  • Close proximity to quality schools, grocery stores, or mayne daycares

Empty Nesters:

  • Accessibility

  • Low maintenance

  • Close proximity to family, caregivers, and hobbies

So is it time to find a space that better fits your current stage of life? Contact us for more information on current listings, or if you’re needing to sell we can help with that too.
